Tap & Barrel is a safe place to dine-in as we are adhering to all of the safety recommendations by the State of Connecticut and recommended by the CDC.  To keep you safe, we are committed to the following:

~ Customers are no longer required to wear masks.

~ All tables, surfaces, common areas, chairs, cutlery, menus, and service items will be cleaned and sanitized on a frequent, ongoing basis.

~ Staff are monitored for illness and will be sent home if showing any symptoms.

~ Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance to the restaurant.

~ Our staff will continue to provide services using safe food handling and hand washing practices that are the standard required by the local health department.

We ask of our customers to please help us in these efforts by:

~ If you are feeling ill, showing symptoms of Covid or illness or have been exposed, or if you are in a high risk category, please postpone your plans to dine-in with us.  We would be happy to take your order for carry-out and bring it to your car when you arrive.
